I am home from PEI and just wanted to say a quick Blessed Mabon to you! I am making a roast beef dinner with mashed potatoes and a red wine mushroom gravy for dinner to celebrate. As much as I love exploring the world of food outside my home, my favourite thing is to make a fabulous dinner to celebrate this special time of year for me and my husband.
On the island it definitely felt more like autumn was coming, always windy, crisp and cool. Here it is quite warm still but I am not complaining. The leaves are starting to turn and the time to celebrate fall has begun. I will stick my fingers in my ears and sing LALALALA and ignore winter's approach for now.
I will be sharing my PEI adventures these next few days, I hope you enjoy them. It was so good to get away! Absolutely essential for my mental, physical and spiritual health to escape Nova Scotia for a while.

Blessings of the Autumn Equinox to you, Suzie! Roast beef is my favourite dinner. What time should I come over, LOL?
BLessed Mabon to you as well. I'm sticking my fingers in my ears to, I'm just not right in the wintertime.
Blessed Mabon to you, Suzie. I went to my local park and got to commune with the divine. Picked up some fallen leaves, nuts to display on my altar.
