What do you wish to transform?
I wish to transform my dark world into one of light. To go from cold, to warmth. We have been lucky this year so far when it comes to the winter and I wish to transform my experience of that particular season here from a bad one to a good one. Transform the idea of a cursed cold and dark place into one blessed by good fortune and health. Replace all the loss we have suffered since we moved here to joyful experiences and success.

Light. Looking out my window this morning, the light is gold. When I first woke up, it was all red... amplified by the red leaves on some of the oldest,tallest trees in my neighborhood. (I am in California, Autumn and Winter come more slowly.)
Amidst all that colorful light, I felt presence... and now I realize that presence was love for people who were and are wishing, all around us, whose light may receive benefit from some of these yellows and reds...
Feel that love, spread today, cover and move into your breath and all around this place where you are now.
