Wishcasting: Where do you wish to go slow?

Wishcasting

For Wishcasting this week, Jamie asks us where we wish to go slow. I wish for everything to slow down in a way, except for winter. I have not been feeling very well, I am drained dry. I especially wish to slow my body down and rest. In fact, after I post this I am probably going to bed.

I do not feel like I have been doing very much but just existing has gotten quite difficult. I am grateful for my couch and good TV and movies. For slow uncompetitive yoga in my basement where I just do what I can and let go of the rest. I have even become quite grateful for quiet and solitude.

I have a hard time not pushing my body to do more. I am impatient with its infinite vulnerabilities and its penchant for exhaustion and injury. So I wish to slow down so my body can rest and catch up.

Going back to bed...

As Suzie wishes for herself, I wish for her also.

I have decided that I am just part bear and am doing my best to giving into that. May your restful time be sweet !

I have the same problem with really resting and letting my body heal....I'm so impatient to get up and do things. This is a good season to really go slow -- hibernation sounds inviting . Sending you healing hugs. As you wish for yourself, I wish for you also.

I love that yoga woman candle. Resting is so good and merciful. I hope that you are watching something wonderful and catching up on your rest. As suzie wishes for herself, so I wish for her.

May your body's desire for rest provide your mind with the rest it needs as well.

I hope you feel well again soon Suzie. I know, Winter is hard on my body as well (I think you have a bit more cold than I do though...)

Enjoy resting while you can, Winter is the best time to hibernate!

Blessings & Light -
Sage

May your rest bring you rejuvenation, and your mind slow to pace itself with your body. I shower you with thoughts of strength and healing, Suzie.

As you wish for yourself, so do I wish for you! :)

It sounds like you're listening to your body and take that time to rejuvenate.
