I know, this isn't the traditional collage dreamboard but I just do not have the money to go out and get magazines and put one together. I really don't.
When I went to buy this 6/49 ticket I also had to get my husband's bus tickets at the same time. When I asked how much it would be to get both, I had to get out my change purse and count my loonies and toonies to make it work. When I was done, my change purse was empty and I told the lady (who is usually quite grumpy) that I guess I just have to win because it took my last two bucks. She actually laughed.
The Universe didn't agree, however. I didn't win a dime.
We are getting by right now. We made it to payday but it was close. We still have so much of the roof to pay off before the enormous winter heating bills come in. The weather has turned downright cold (15C yesterday) and wet but I refuse to turn on the heat in July. I mean, seriously!
So on my altar I put the ticket with some nutmeg in hopes of financial food luck coming our way. Considering it is a Capricorn Full Moon, I am hoping my timing is impeccable.

It'll get better :) Money is just a pain in the butt most days. Be happy and be grateful for what you do have. The fact that you know your financial situation puts you way ahead of most of the general public it seems.
I remember searching for through my purse for coins and so excited when I found a quarter instead of a penny so I know how you feel. I found your dreamboard incredibly creative. As we both know our dreams can come true, so hold on to all of your positive thoughts and wishes.
You can't win if you don't have a ticket! We always buy one Lotto Max a week. So far, nothing. Maybe one day? Dream big!
I like to dream about the things I'd do if I won! Many times I actually wait a while to check my ticket so I can keep the dream alive. Keep on trying. Even one ticket is still a chance. It is an unpleasant feeling to have to scratch up change for things, isn't it. I've been there too.
We've all been there at one point or another (or still are there) and funny enough our Angels have pulled through for us in the most subtle ways. We've never won millions but we've had little perks along the way for which I am grateful for. Have faith Suzie, it will get better and in the meantime it doesn't hurt to dream and splurge on a ticket or two. Somebody has to win and that somebody could be you one day. Sending wishes for loads of good luck, you deserve to win BIG!!

My boyfriend always buys Lotto tickets when the jackpot gets really big. He says that the price of thie ticket is worth it to dream of what he'd do with the winnings! I LOVE your dream board...just ride the wave and stay positive. ♥
BTW...I use pinterest and mosaic maker to make all of my dreamboards. May all of your dreams come true!

There are times we all have hit that point where money doesn't go far enough. At times buying a lottery ticket seems so right.

Yes, a very creative twist and I think it works beautifully! It's good thing to think outside the box, gets things stirred up and uncovers otherwise hidden solutions. I am hoping and praying and wishing and energizing with you on drawing in the dinero, the buckaroos, the moolah!! I am right there with you because I'm going on 6 weeks now without a paycheck at work. It WILL get better!

I can empathize.....have been without paycheque for 6 months and no EI. Very scary.
As for magazines....I went to a garage sale last week and got several free! As well, occasionally thrift stores will have them -- a good idea when you are just going to destroy them and cut them to tatters.

I did a smiliar thing few years back for someone, lotto ticket and nutmeg and they got a new job few days later.

Suzie, I made mine with Polyvore (also free), something I'd never done before, and it was easy, too. I think your board is a lovely 3-D tapestry woven with both groundedness and big dreams filled with endless possibilities. The ticket doesn't have to be a literal representation, but rather a symbol of your being open to solutions that can come in ways that might even seem wild and far-fetched, and some that you cannot yet even imagine. Sometimes it helps to take a deep breath, let go of the "hows", and sink into "what" you want and how it will feel to receive it. The loving energy you will create by doing so, combined with all of our good wishes for your dreams, just has to shake something loose and send it your way! :-)
