I have a feeling I have a busy week ahead and my house isn't super hot yet so I decided to make Favourite Recipes from Old New Brunswick Kitchens' Blueberry Buckle for this week's treat before it gets too hot to turn on the oven.
Think this will sustain us for the week?! I hope so! I got these pretty tasteless blueberries on sale so it would be great if they work well in this baked treat. It would be such a shame if they went to waste and I hate wasting food!

The crumble was lovely! Oh and on my foodie blog I wrote about making a watremelon granita with a flavourless watermelon BTW. Hate it when that happens!
