I have always wanted to use crystals in my jewelry and have them suspended inside. Ice Resin finally allows me to do it and I get to add a beautiful glass heart to the mix!
I really want to include a foodie touch to some of my pieces which may seem weird but if you know how much I love food, it shouldn't surprise you. So to give the resin a little character and the heart a little texture...

It made the background appear bubbly when it wasn't but that's OK. For me it makes it quite fascinating to look at and having the background a little blurry helps bring the romantic speckled heart into focus.

I am falling more and more in love with working with Ice Resin. It is doing exactly what I want to do (although the company says the more I use my molds, the clearer the pendants will be). I have dreamed of encasing and making three dimensional pendants. Now that I am getting used to it, there will be no stopping me!
